You are never obliged to complete the scorecard to receive the guide or to speak with us.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can email privacy@stratigex.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your scorecard responses or the details of your business with prospective buyers, brokers, lenders or any other third party for their own purposes.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The scorecard produces an indicative score for your own benefit. No decision about you is made automatically on the basis of it.

If our business is reorganised, merged or acquired, personal data may transfer as part of that transaction. We would tell you if that changed how your data is used.

7. Transfers outside the UK

Some of our providers are based in the United States, so your personal data is transferred outside the UK.

Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, which may include the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
